In my opinion, a restaurant where the owner is present and hands-on is generally very good in all areas. Cilino's in Wellman did not disappoint! The food was hot, fresh and delicious, and the service was excellent. We're going back tonight!

Perfect little cozy Italian restaurant. Their food is excellent! Especially their Alfredo sauce. Pizza, pasta, appetizers---all were wonderful! Highly recommend! It's well worth a drive to Wellman!

Love this place! Small mom and pop establishment who really makes good food, good service and great ambiance a way of life. To the complaint of no salt, nope sorry you're wrong. Everything is seasoned just right. This is one of Washington County gems for restaurants. I'd expect this in Iowa City not a County of 25000.
Atmosphere, good food, and great chef. What more could be asked from this happy little small town restaurant. The second I walked in, the interior hits you from the floor to their fancy ceiling. I ordered the chicken parmigiana and it was yummy. First we started with salad, it was a good salad, the croutons were phenomenal. Then the bread ploped right in front of us. It was a pleasant tasty surprise. Enough blabbering though, on to the chicken. The first bite was into the noodles, and they were filled with flavor. You could tell that the noodles were made special. The chicken was amazing, nothing like I ever tasted before. The dinner came fast and the dinner came good. The service is the final blow that really delivers this place. The staff were very friendly, and the food came quick. Here comes the best part. I really had to use the restroom, and I was directed towards the restroom. The throne room was right across the kitchen because the staff gotta go too. Anyway, I bumped into the chef on this journey and the cook was super nice, friendly, and overall a very good boy. I would rate this place a 9.5 out of 10 and highly recommend to anyone. I hope to give it the extra point five once they add an upstairs. My friends love it and I love it, one friend loved the alfredo so much he didn't need a napkin to get all the sauce off his face. It was a disturbing way to compliment the chef but I bet he got the idea. So uhhh yeah, go eat here you won't regret it.
